We had a great experience during our stay. We loved the central location of this hotel which was conveniently close to everything. We also appreciated the staff's friendly and cooperative behavior towards their guests. Not to mention, the food served was absolutely delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - just down the main shopping street. I loved waking up to the stunning mountain view from my room, it was truly breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities provided. Moreover, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
One minor issue was the parking situation, but overall, everything was great!

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, in the heart of the town, near the main street. the mountain view from the hotel staircase is quite impressive. the rooms have only one advantage: they have one chair.
It seems that there are some significant issues with the service at this hotel which were reported in previous reviews.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was situated in the heart of the town and was easily accessible. the rooms had a good mountain view, which was quite enjoyable. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the staff. They were very cooperative and had a pleasant demeanor, which helped us have a comfortable stay.
There were a lot of negative aspects of the hotel. the major issue was that there was no proper cleanliness and hygiene in the rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Gangtok and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location is fantastic, just a short walk down from MG Marg, the main street. The hotel also offers stunning mountain views from the common staircase on every floor, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the value for money was excellent. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive.
While there were a few minor hiccups during my stay, overall, I felt that the hotel provided a satisfactory experience.
